To ensure all mall administrative files, govt. approvals are renewed and organized in a systematic manner.
To monitor and schedule the transportation of staffs & official requirements and maintenance of vehicle record & control the petrol invoices
To conduct cost effective purchases for the Mall & office use and replenishment of inventory stock with proper documentation and records.

Profile • Qualified in Procurement mgt or equivalent discipline.
• Hands on experience in the procurement of materials and proper maintenance of their records
• Min 2 to 3 years on procurement/ logistic experience in the Shopping Mall will be an added advantage.
• Good administrator and having self motivation skills
• Well versed in computer skills and office correspondence
• Having sound purchasing knowledge in the local Qatar market will be an added advantage.
