Reporting to the Human Resource Director, your key objective is to establish and drive the Qatarisation strategy through the companies annual business plans, policies and procedures for the departmenst and support divisional and organisational business strategy. You will ensure that the Qatarisation processes are operating effectively within the business and work closely with the business managers to assist and drive the programs through their teams and departments.

Profile To be successful you will be a Qatari National who is degree qualified in Human Resources and come with a minimum of eight years work experience in human resources. You would of held a position similar to a Qatarisation Manager role and have the proven ability to build strong working relationships with you internal customer, which are the Business Department Managers.
