Remuneration Package Based Upon Experience This leading financial
services organization with a strong reputation across the GCC, has
experienced growth over the course of 2009 and consequently are looking
to strengthen their Human Resource division. Reporting to the Human
Resource Director, your key objective is to establish and drive the
Qatarisation strategy through the companies annual business plans,
policies and procedures for the departmenst and support divisional and
organisational business strategy. You will ensure that the Qatarisation
processes are operating effectively within the business and work
closely with the business managers to assist and drive the programs
through their teams and departments.

To be
successful you will be a Qatari National who is degree qualified in
Human Resources and come with a minimum of eight years work experience
in human resources. You would of held a position similar to a
Qatarisation Manager role and have the proven ability to build strong
working relationships with you internal customer, which are the
Business Department Managers. In return you will be offered the
